Kiaaf Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns or exchanges with open arms.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it under the following conditions:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • Items on sale or clearance are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or refund.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued only for approved returns.
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within [number] business days.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or offer a full refund after verification.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, washed, or altered items.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once processed, cancellations are not allowed.
