1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it under the following conditions:
- The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- Items on sale or clearance are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective.
2. Return & Exchange Process

- Provide your order number and reason for the return/exchange.

- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or refund.
3. Refund Policy
