We currently ship our products across Pakistan.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and any potential delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Standard shipping is free for orders above PKR 200.
  • Express shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment’s progress.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact our support team at [support email] for assistance. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Kiaaf is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
